You could, of course, use lots of other fruits.
You will need an oven proof serving dish. I like to use my Denby oval dish which is 12cm wide and 18cm long when serving up to 4 people.
Method
Pour the chocolate powder into your chosen oven proof dish.
Place in a low oven 110 deg C, Gas Mark ¼ , for approximately 15 minutes, until molten.
Place on the table and let everyone dip in the pineapple using a fork or wooden skewer.
