You will need two greased baking sheets.
Method
Melt 40g of the butter and stir in the chocolate powder until melted.
In a large mixing bowl cream together the remaining 60g of butter and sugar. Beat in the melted chocolate, followed by the egg yolk.
Sieve the flour into the bowl and combine with the rest of the ingredients, using a wooden spoon to form a soft dough.
Take a heaped teaspoon of the mixture and roll in the oats. Place on the baking sheet. There is no need to flatten out the biscuits as they spread during cooking.
Bake at 160 deg C (140 deg C fan ovens), GM 3 for 15 minutes. Transfer to a cooling rack until cool.
