Serves 4
  • 50g Mortimer chocolate powder
  • 100g evaporated milk


Method

Whisk together the chocolate powder and evaporated milk in a microwave safe bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Whisk until smooth and glossy

Serve hot

 

This is a family favourite.  It tastes sublime, yet is unbelievably easy to make.   It’s a must with vanilla ice cream.   Or try it over profiteroles
