  • 1 teaspoon of Mortimer chocolate powder per crumpet
  • 1 to 2 crumpets per person

Method

Toast the crumpets as you would normally.

Whilst still hot spread with butter, and then sprinkle over the chocolate powder.

Serve straight away.

As you sprinkle over the chocolate powder it falls into the holes of the crumpet and melts on contact.   A delicious and quick chocolate treat!
