Method
You will need a 900g (2lb) loaf tin greased and lined.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low heat. Add the chocolate powder, stir till melted then remove from the heat.
In a large mixing bowl beat the sugar and eggs until well mixed. I use a balloon whisk for this.
Add the melted chocolate and mix together.
Sift the flour and cinnamon. Fold in the flour together with the milk and courgette. Spoon into the loaf tin and level off.
Bake for 50-60 minutes at 180 oC (160oC for fan ovens), until firm to the touch.
Leave in the tin for 10 minutes before turning out and leaving to cool.
