Method
Melt the chocolate powder, butter and syrup in a pan over a low heat, stirring until the mixture is smooth and glossy.
Stir in the cornflakes
Put a heaped dessertspoon of the mixture into a paper case.
If you want to decorate with chocolate eggs then make a dip in the top of the cake, with the back of a spoon.
Chill in the fridge. Then decorate with small chocolate eggs.
Simple yet fun and a good way of using up the crushed ones at the bottom of the packet. .Rice crispies can be used instead.
