  • 1 tablespoon Mortimer Dark Chocolate Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice-cream

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 deg C (180 deg C for fan ovens) GM 6.

Slice the banana down its length. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the skin is black and the inside soft. Turn off the oven.

Place the banana in an oven proof pudding bowl. Split open the banana skin and sprinkle the chocolate powder over the top of the banana and down the side between the flesh and skin. Put back in the oven for 5 minutes, to allow the chocolate to melt.

Remove from the oven and top with a large scoop of vanilla ice cream, before serving.
